The full manuscripts of the oral and poster presentations, given at the conference will be considered for publication in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS). It is an open access journal that provides a fast, versatile and cost-effective proceedings publication service. Only the works that are presented in person at the conference and are submitted at the Morressier platform in the period 25 April – 31 May 2026 will be considered for publication. We strongly recommend that authors get acquainted with the Authors’ Guide to Submitting a Paper to the Morressier platform at the following link. Terms of use for the Platform Morressier can be found at the link.

When preparing the manuscripts, authors must strictly adhere to the Author guidelines for conference proceedings. The Author Guidelines also include IOPP’s recommendations, such as multiple authorship. A paid registration fee allows the publication of only one article. As a general rule we would advise that an author does not submit more than two articles to the conference. This includes papers that they have co-authored. The guidance on what constitutes authorship is available on Author roles and responsibilities.

The length of the papers should not exceed ten (10) journal pages, including paper title, authors, affiliations, figures, equations, tables and references. Authors are requested to prepare the manuscripts for the Journal of Physics: Conference Series according the Templates and guidelines for proceedings papers and submit them as PDF files. No other format is accepted in the submitted and final version of the contributed papers. Please, adhere strictly to the paper template, as violating the formatting might result in rejection of your paper. Any additional necessary formatting or changes after accepting the manuscript for publication is subject to additional charge. The Publisher reserves the right to exclude any papers from the Work if, in its opinion, or those of its advisers, any papers are considered inappropriate for publication by the Publisher. Such reasons shall include, but not be limited to, papers which infringe third party rights, contain libelous or unlawful statements and/or have not been peer reviewed in accordance with the Peer Review Policy.

All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. This will be done on condition that they do not contain plagiarized materials, have not been presented at any other conference or have not been submitted to any other journal at the same time. The authors need to credit all sources used in their articles and not to present work of others as their own. The authors are advised to avoid self-plagiarism and limit self-repetition. It is recommend a maximum similarity of 30% and authors are encouraged to include their references when checking the similarity score. Plagiarism constitutes unethical scientific behavior and is not acceptable. It ranges from the unreferenced use of others’ ideas, to replication (without sufficient attribution or use of quotation marks) of sections of text from other sources, to submission of a complete paper under ‘new’ authorship. IOP Publishing routinely screens submissions for originality via iThenticate, industry standard plagiarism detection software.

There are many responsible and appropriate uses for generative AI within scholarly research and JPCS supports authors using it in this manner. When doing so, authors are encouraged to be transparent about their use of any generative AI tools in either the research or the drafting of the manuscript. Authors are also encouraged to maintain records of previous drafts, as well as any prompts used in the editing or generation of material within their manuscript. Please state this in the Acknowledgements of the paper.
